Design & Engineering
Design stage is the most important points for the mold making process. Hongxue has total 6 engineers with more than 15 yeaworking experience, including part/mold design , and plastic injection molding process. We normally give the material suggestion according customer’s budget, by using MoldFlow analysis and DFM to make sure T1 sample can match 90% with final part.
Rapid Prototyping
Rapid prototyping quickly converts early-stage design concepts into physical models, offering a fast and cost-effective way to see ideas in reality. This approach is particularly effective through technologies such as 3D printing, CNC machining, and more, with the ability to deliver prototypes typically within 1-3 business days.

Contract CNC Machining
HX is proud to offer kinds of CNC machining services with different specifications. You will definitely find the right machining method for your CNC machined prototypes or custom parts in Hongxue. Our machining accuracy can reach 5μm.
Injection Molding
HX is your trusted partner for precision plastic solution. How we works
When you have an idea/concept for a new project, but don’t know how to proceed your idea to reality, we will tell you how to works on your plastic tooling and molding project.

Analysis your plastic part
In the beginning of the project, you need supply us the plastic sample or the part 3D, our engineer will check the details( such as the draft or if there is undercuts on parts) for feasibility on making tools. And then improve the part design.

Make a quote according your RFQ
According your requests for mold life, we will suggest mold steel, cavity No., mold structure, and calculate the reasonable mold cost to fit your plastic injection molding project budget.

Tooling design & Mold making
After confirming the project cost, we will start design work for injection tools. First of all, we will make DFM and Moldflow analysis for each part, to be sure each details will hit on your request. When mold 3D design also was confirmed with customer, we will start the mold manufacturing step. If your lead time is tight, we could try to reach T1 in 30 days for a production tool.

Sampling confirmation & Plastic injection molding
As soon as you confirm the final tryout samples, we could supply injection molding service with 7/24 hrs, all our injection machines has robots to pick up the runners and parts.
