HongXue was established in Shanghai at 2005. In the beginning we were small design company with only 2 engineers, mainly work for part and mold design. Then we expended our business also for plastic injection mold making at 2008. With the business growing, we start investing money on new injection machines from 2018. Till to now our team has 26 staffs, most of them are working in the company more than 10 years. We constantly invest in the latest technologies and strive to develop innovative solutions to meet your evolving needs.
HX has well trained engineers to ensure your project be finished well. On the design & Engineering stage, we take each step seriously, from concept development (DFM) / Moldflow Analysis / Mold Design(with CAN/CAM software) / Material Selection. We used to take more time on design stage, because this could ensure to shorten the total project time.
In-house CNC machines, EDM, Polishing experts, and assembly workers helps us to reach the quality control and delivery time. We have dedicated injection machines for the mold testing.
10 injection machines with robots, could make 7/24 fully automatic production. We are also specialized on Be-Injection molding productions.
